Terms and Conditions

  1. Accurate Information:
    • Users must provide accurate information when creating their “User ID.”
  2. User Responsibility:
    • Users are solely responsible for their User ID and the activities that occur while signed in.
  3. User ID Authorization:
    • Upon registration, users will receive a unique User ID. Access to the site is only authorized for the registered user.
  4. Unauthorized Use:
    • Notify us immediately if you become aware of unauthorized use of your User ID.
  5. Voucher Terms:
    • Vouchers hold no cash value.
    • Each deal has specific terms, presented at the time of purchase commitment.
  6. Redemption Terms:
    • No cash back for partial redemption of the paid portion of a Voucher, except as required by law.
  7. Delivery Charges:
    • Delivery charges are 80-150 BDT within Dhaka city and 120-500 BDT outside Dhaka city As per products Category.
  8. Product Returns:
    • Products must be returned within 72 hours of delivery.
    • Used and damaged products are not eligible for return.
  9. Refund and Exchange Policy:
    • No cash refunds; products can only be exchanged.
  10. Modification of Terms:
    • Nirapodshopping reserves the right to alter any terms and conditions under any given circumstances.
