Refund and Return Policy
- Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Products:
- If your product is defective, damaged, or incorrect at the time of delivery, please contact us within 24 hours. Eligibility for a refund or replacement depends on the product category and condition.
- Change of Mind:
- Products are not eligible for return if the customer has a change of mind.
Valid Reasons to Return an Item:
- Product Damage/Defect:
- Delivered product is physically destroyed, broken, or defective.
- Incorrect/Incomplete Product:
- Delivered product is incorrect (presentation/specification different from the website) or incomplete (missing parts).
- Size Discrepancy:
- The size of the product does not match the one ordered.
Reasons That Won’t Be Considered Valid:
- No Longer in Need:
- The customer no longer has a use for the product.
- Change of Mind:
- The customer changed their mind about the purchase after the order has been placed.
Terms & Conditions to Return a Product:
- The product must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
- The product must include the original tags, user manual, warranty cards, freebies, and accessories.
- The product must be returned in the original and undamaged manufacturer packaging/box.
Issuance of Refunds:
- If your product is eligible for a refund, you can choose to refund via exchange courier.
- Once we receive your product (2-3 working days after the customer initiates return delivery) and it undergoes quality control (1-2 working days), the expected refund processing window is 7 working days.
